• Material Standard: 904L super austenitic stainless steel, chemical composition conforms to national standards, with Mo≥4%, Cr≥19%, Ni≥24%, featuring ultra-high corrosion resistance and toughness.

• Size Range: 0.8mm–12.7mm (mainly micro steel balls; special sizes can be customized per customer requirements).

• Precision Grade: G100–G1000, high roundness, excellent surface finish, and strong dimensional consistency.

• Processing Technology: Cold heading → Lapping → Solution heat treatment → Fine grinding → Polishing. The optimized process ensures corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of steel balls.

• Surface Treatment: Fine polishing, mirror polishing, burr-free and scratch-free; surface roughness can be customized as required.
